Competitive Events for Iowa Students

This is our page for the current undergrad and grad students at the University of Iowa. Here we want you to be able to connect with your fellow filmmakers. Cinema in Iowa City is alive and strong and this school is the reason for it.

Soon we will begin holding our online cinema events. We want all of our Iowa City, Iowa, and nearby filmmakers to join us in developing the contests. This is a collective effort. We want your input on this because we are part of the Iowa cinema community, just like you. E-mail us your suggestions for what our next contest will be and we will post the best. Once they are up on the site, we will decide as a community which project we want to do. Then, it will be time to get working.

We are leaning towards a paranormal theme right now and we will take videos even before contests or when there are no contests going on at all.
