There is more to online cinema than YouTube videos of people falling down and babies laughing. Online cinema can be a great way of sharing real cinema with the masses. Just as the internet has allowed people all over the world to connect through a variety of other interests, so can it help Iowa City filmmakers. We can show the world Iowa knows more than corn.
Right now, we want this site and our projects to focus on the paranormal. We still love to see other short films, but in order to gain a greater fan-base (which means more exposure for your films) it is important to specialize. Whether you want to make a documentary, a mockumentary, or some type of purely fictional film we want to post it. So go get a psychic reading, track down Bigfoot, or splash around in your bath tub with the Loch Ness Monster. Just make sure you film it and send it to us.
